Something AI is a marketing website showcasing an AI-companion concept. Every character shown on the Site is fictional and generated with artificial intelligence; none depicts a real person, and no character is modeled on, or intended to resemble, any specific real individual.

The Site does not itself provide a live chat service, and none of its pages submit information. Buttons and character cards link to lovender.ai, a separate service governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

The Site's design, text, graphics and logos are owned by Something AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our prior written permission.

Character artwork and video shown in the companion catalog are served from a third-party media backend and licensed for display on the Site; they are not available for download or reuse.

Pages on the Site link to third-party websites we do not control. A link is not an endorsement of that site's content, policies or practices. You visit third-party sites at your own risk and should review their own terms and privacy policies.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, or that an AI-generated image or article resembles you or misrepresents a real person, you can ask us to review and remove it. See our Content Removal Policy for how to submit a request.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Any characters, stories or scenarios described or depicted on the Site are fictional. Nothing on the Site constitutes advice of any kind, and the Site is not a substitute for real human relationships, companionship or professional support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Something AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or for legal or operational reasons. The “Last updated” date above shows when this page last changed. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under generally applicable principles of contract law, without designating a specific country or state. Where mandatory local law of your place of residence gives you rights these Terms cannot override, those rights remain unaffected.
